Purchase and seat recovery.
Use the purchaser email address. Never send source code, build output or your complete license key unless support explicitly requires a protected recovery step.
Checkout return
If payment succeeded and your browser still has the Stripe return URL, reopen that URL. The session_id identifies the paid Checkout Session and can re-derive the same license exactly once for display.
Email delivery
Check the purchaser inbox and spam folder for mail from compiler@freelang.dev. Duplicate webhook deliveries do not create duplicate entitlements.
Manual recovery
Email compiler@freelang.dev from the purchaser address. Include the approximate purchase date, product tier and Stripe receipt identifier. Do not attach project files.
Device or seat transfer
Transfers require an administrative review so a copied credential cannot silently create additional authority. State which named seat and old device are being replaced. The old binding is revoked before replacement authority is issued.
